I'm Lorna Kleidman, and I used to feel just like you do now…sluggish, gaining weight, starting to feel the effects of aging.

And I was late to the fitness scene, too, I didn't start working out until my late 30s.

But today, at 59, I'm a 7-time World Champion in Kettlebell Sport, traveling to international meets and still winning ...even after two hip replacements.

Now, this journey wasn't always easy.

Growing up, I battled severe asthma that left me unable to keep up with my classmates.

But in my 30s, I made a decision: I wanted to get fit and wouldn't let my body hold me back anymore.

I just did what I could, each day.

By showing up consistently and holding a forward-focused mindset, I broke free from my limitations and started to create and claim the body and mind that unlocked the potential within me.


And honestly, I had no idea what that potential would be.

For the past 2 decades, my passion has turned to helping other women do the same, for THEIR personal best.

Hi, I’m Lorna—a coach, athlete, and champion for women’s strength and confidence. With over 30 years of experience in fitness and a passion for personal transformation, I’ve dedicated my life to helping women, especially those in midlife, feel strong, empowered, and at home in their bodies.

As a 7-time World Champion in Kettlebell Sport, I continue to compete internationally at 59, even after undergoing two hip replacements due to osteoarthritis.

My journey has been shaped by challenges, including overcoming lifelong asthma in my 30s and 40s.

These experiences taught me the power of resilience, the importance of listening to your body, and the value of mindset in achieving lasting change.

This 12 week program is designed for busy women. The workouts are efficient and targeted, typically taking 25 to 60 minutes, four times per week on average. Plus the schedule is flexible so you can fit into your life not the other way around too.
Absolutely this program is built to meet you where you are no matter your current fitness level. With personalized science-based guidance you'll build strength of body and mind, confidence, and resilience step-by-step. It's not about perfection but progress.
With over 30 years of experience, a degree and Exercise Science and recognition in The New York Times, SHAPE, Prevention and Women’s Health, to name a few, I've helped countless women achieve lasting results. My journey is a 7-time Kettlebell Sport World Champion and my personal story of overcoming asthma and osteoarthritis make my approach not just expert-led, but deeply personal.
The Strong For Life program offers unique combination of expert guidance, personalized plans, and support for improving results for women in midlife. Unlike cookie cutter programs this approach is tailored to your needs and your level.
I will suggest equipment to purchase, starting with a couple pairs of dumbbells and items that do not take up much space. I’ve had clients who have very little equipment and others who have full home-gyms. We will discuss this prior to starting.
There is no diet in this program, but there is guidance for healthful nutrition that will aid in fat/weight loss and help you feel great, without deprivation.
When the program is followed, you will gain lean muscle and strength, lose a dress size, feel better in your body, experience improved mental clarity and focus, as well as developing the skills for life-long healthful habits.
You will have access to me each day via email or text. .
